Abstract

Using conditioned place preference in mice, demonstrated that ayahuasca treatment effectively blocked cocaine-induced reinstatement of drug-seeking behavior. Provides preclinical evidence supporting ayahuasca's potential as a pharmacological intervention for cocaine use disorder.
