Controlled study of an ayahuasca-inspired DMT/harmine formulation in healthy subjects. Found rapid and sustained improvements in mood, self-compassion, psychological flexibility, and reductions in stress. Supports therapeutic potential of standardized ayahuasca-analogue formulations.
