Acute experiences and persisting psychological effects associated with an encapsulated DMT-harmala alkaloid combination: results of a phase 1 study

Phase 1 trial across 17 dosing sessions in 9 healthy volunteers found strong dose-dependent correlations between a purified DMT-harmala capsule formulation and mystical experience intensity, with acute experiences predicting sustained beneficial psychological outcomes.
