Abstract

Comprehensive review of ayahuasca's therapeutic effects across clinical conditions. Most consistent evidence for depression and substance use disorders. Growing evidence for grief, eating disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and serious physical illness. Long-term use shows possible benefits without detrimental effects.
