Abstract

Analysis of 6,877 ayahuasca drinkers from 40+ countries examining how ceremonial context and setting influence mental health outcomes. Traditional practices, experienced facilitators, and proper preparation were associated with better outcomes. Structural equation modeling identified key mediating variables.
