Abstract

7T fMRI study of 21 Santo Daime members showing that ayahuasca intake in ritualistic settings reduces connectome idiosyncrasy, producing shared functional fingerprints across participants. Found spatiotemporal reallocation of keypoint edges, with interindividual differences in higher-order connectivity predicting subjective perceptual effects.
