Abstract

Post hoc analysis from two RCTs examining ayahuasca's effects on the endocannabinoid system. In social anxiety disorder volunteers, ayahuasca increased anandamide plasma levels. First evidence linking ayahuasca's therapeutic effects to endocannabinoid modulation.
